Somatics

/sə'mæt.ɪk/

Somatics is the field which studies the soma: namely, the body as perceived from within by first-person perception.

While somatic practices have become increasingly popular in the Western world over the last 50 years, many of them draw from ancient Eastern philosophy and healing practices.

We have a library of guided practices that you can explore on your own.
